Complaint: I purchased a car from **** ****. At the time of sale, I was only given one key w/transmitter. I inquired about the second set and was told that the keys were at another location and he would retrieve them for me, just give him a couple of days. I emailed the dealership and called a few days later and was told by **** that he asked the manager about getting me another set but since he was not in at the time, he would get back w/me. That was almost 3 weeks ago. I have called numerous times and had to leave messages. At least he should have returned my calls and let me know one way or the other. But being totally ignored and not returning my phone calls is unacceptable. I think if you spend $25,000 on a car, you should get 2 sets of keys. I inquired about the cost of the key w/transmitter and was told it would be over $50.
