My cars check engine light came on and the car was dropped off as soon as they opened on June 20th 2022. On the 21st I received a text saying waiting on engine short block. After doing more research I discovered my car would need a complete engine replacement with only ****** miles on it. I had just purchased the vehicle in January after leasing is from them for 3 years. On Monday June 27th I sent a text back saying Did the engine short block arrive yet? And when that comes in how long will it be until my car is finished? I received a text the same day saying the engine is on back order. Only answering one of my questions. That same day I went up and requested a rental car from the dealer. I was told there were no rental cars available that day. I received a text on June 29th that said hope to have a rental for you today or tomorrow. On June 30th around 2:00pm I asked any car yet to which I got no response. On July 1st I sent the following text Hopefully a car will be in today. Ive had to take work off and Im in need of a car for the weekend I got the response nothing yet. At this point Im out of time I can take off work and Ive been giving very little help on a very serious problem.
