National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Colorado Chapter's mission is to improve the quality of life for everyone in the community who is affected by MS, as well as fund MS research for treatment and, one day, a cure.

The Colorado Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society indicates it provides programs and services to over 13,000 Coloradans and Wyomingites living with a diagnosis of multiple sclerosis with six offices located in Denver, Grand Junction, Fort Collins,Colorado Springs, Cheyenne and Casper. Programs include self-help/support groups, education, wellness and social groups, care management, advocacy, financial assistance and information and referral provided by their call center staffed by master's level personnel.
