Nurse ******* gave my daughter a ****** nose from doing a flu test. Definitely not kid friendly and not an urgent care I would recommend to anyone because of *******. My daughter was crying after the first swab holding her nose saying how much it was hurting. ******* asked me if she needed to go get assistance to hold her down. I said "oh, my goodness her nose is bleeding!!" ******* responded with "it happens and probably because she is hot and not feeling well." Testing for flu, covid19, strep should not be putting you in that much pain. This was not my daughter's first test. She's had multiple testing done. But, this was the first test that gave her a ****** nose from the nurse shoving the swab roughly all the way up her nose, further than it should have gone. I was in the room fifteen minutes afterwards to get my daughter to stop bleeding. She bled all of my shirt as well.Review from Chris J

I was seen in December of 2021 for what I thought was an ear infection. Out of the entire time I was there, I was only seen for about 5-10minutes. OnPoint then notifiies my insurance that my visit was "long", so instead of being charged my normal copay, I was charged 5x the amount. OnPoint is listed as a current covered facility for urgent care, but what is being advertised isn't what is actually happening. I highly suggest you do not go to this or any of the OnPoint facilities.Review from Stephanie S

We went to OnPoint Urgent Care in *************** for a Covid test and the **** was coded incorrectly, so we are being charged a ridiculous amount for a medical coding error. When I called to try to discuss why we were being charged, I was told I was wrong and there is nothing I can do about it. They said they would "re-submit" it, and sent out another ****.
