      I am sure this will get removed as the owner has a habit of making up lies to try and clear her name. I am writing this review to warn all individuals, vendors, Contractors or anyone out there looking to do business with this company, DON"T!!!!My business did $2500 worth of work for them. This included researching phone systems, mailings, being on call 24/7, writing up documents, working on contracts, being in meetings including hours of interviewing, driving to various places to meet, badges, etc. We did work for well over a month with no payment and when we decided to **** her we were told that she refused to pay us and to take us to court. She stated that she will never pay us. We even said just pay us for February and we will not **** you for March. So that she could have a break to work with her. One week alone I worked over 50+ hours bending over backwards for her but because she can't handle her business or bills she is refusing to pay. If she doesn't like something she threatens you and will make your life heck!.. She is no longer BTG certified even though she is stating she is, I have proof she isn't. She will do whatever it takes to hurt others as long as she gains. In order to resolve this outstanding issue we have asked she pay for the February **** and she still will not do it. We have even offered to settle for less with the equipment that we still have of hers and she will not answer anything. She does this to many individuals and feels that she is above the law. Please read reviews and know that when people are saying to run that you should run! Do not do business with this company. Nothing I have stated is lies and I have texts from her stating she would pay 5 times and then because she was going on a trip she didn't want to pay.

      Unfortuntately; this "review" is a an unfortunate result of a vendor who has grossly overcharged our company for services not requested or completed. We are happy to pay for those done, but not be charged for ones we did not agree to. There are other untruths here, clearly proven. We made many offers to fairly resolve this situation. Instead, the vendor chooses to lash out in this manner. 1WT Management

      Additional Information for BBB: The vendor does not have a clear understanding of the law as it relates to offering services as an professional Independent Contractor. Many assumptions were made on the ** part it is believed, that lean to an employer relationship, though clear that the ** wanted to work as an **. There was never a request to work 24/7, to be on call, work hourly. The requested deliverables/tasks/projects were not done or satisfied. The company was charged 48 and ********************************************** properly justified. No further requests for payment have been made in nearly a month. Suddenly only this. Good faith to educate on the law met only anger. A hearing was believed to be the best approach.

      I have text from her stating that at 9pm at night on many nights she needed us to do immediate work such as paying insurance bills, making badges or sending emails or making calls. The owner would constantly request long calls over and over on personal time and if something didn't suit her then she would get made and throw a fit. I have many emails showing that things were done for her including having to be on interviews. The employer refuses to acknowledge that she has a habit of doing this to everyone and you can see it in the reviews submitted by others online. All she wants to do is skip out on bills and make people work for free. I have 5 texts that can prove she stated that she would pay for the services and then it came to the wire of her going on an all expense paid trip by her with 10 others and she didn't want to pay. I also have proof that she jacks with her books to make it look like she is doing things she really isn't. I will make sure to let the world know of these practices including companies that work with her and she gives out personal information and saves personal information of clients. I request from this employer a civil phone call with an agreement of monies owed and it can include the badge maker/whatever. I am afraid to send this person anything else has I have threats from her and I fear for myself and families safety.

      When you bring anything up the owner of 1wt decides to skirt around the problem and not actually offer any proof. There was no gross overcharge as the owner asked for unfair things at all hours and times of the day and again there is plenty of proof including emails and text messages. The owner does not take responsibility. I am not lashing out just warning others of the business and their practices. There are plenty of proofs out there showing this, none of it is made up or lies. If the owner of 1wt chooses to not pay her bills she shouldn't be in business and any lawyer, law office, judge, jury, or person would agree. You cannot request services to be done, have them done and just because you don't like the **** choose not to pay it. Please note that the total of $2400 was for an entire month worth of working long hours, training and dealing with issues YOu cannot ask someone to sit in on interviews last minute, make calls to people, build things, send things out and not pay them. Thats illegal. No *********************** Contractor, Billing etc would not charge for research. That is apart of being in business. You asked for specific things and those things were done. Attorney General, ************* will be contacted as well. We have tried to be civil the owner of 1wt is not.
