              I'm paying for their 'service'I'm not receiving professional, courteous, prompt service.I'm not receiving anything I can even label as service.They are in violation of their contract, as far as I'm concerned.100% of everyone knew since April I would be physically located in a different state.Closing is scheduled for today the 20th of May 2022.They can't support my remote closing in anything resembling a decent manner.

              Dont use this company! They missed property taxes on an estate property sale that I was dealing with. 10 months later they discovered the mistake and billed the estate. It cost the estate hundreds of dollars in legal fees. They have refused to reimburse the estate even though they have admitted it was their error!
