            This business uses harassment tactics and bullying to cold called companies. He left a negative review on our business page purely because we declined his business. This is apparently an on going issue with this man's business as many other customers and entities have come forward with similar complaints

            Earlier this year I got a notice from the *** stating that I owed over $9,000 to the *** for a settlement I received back in 2018. Due to Covid I was in a very tight financial situation and didnt know what my options were. I contacted Taxfinders, **** and explained my Tax situation to him. He immediately took action and asked for me to send him the letter I received so he can take a look at it. After reviewing it, he realized he had to take care of it by the following Monday (it was Thursday afternoon when I first spoke with him). He agreed to work with me and sent my case over to ******. ****** was such an amazing help in taking care of everything for me right away! She communicated well, filed everything quickly and even spoke with the *** several times to get information I didnt have. She was able to set me up with a payment plan with the *** and we are trying to lower the balance as well. **** was very kind and empathetic to my situation. He was willing to help even though I needed help in setting up a payment plan with him.Highly recommend! Updates to come
