    I enlisted the help of Larson Tax relief at the end of the year in 2021. I paid them nearly $8,000.00 they spend over a year and did absolutely nothing to help my tax situation. They put junior people on my account after selling me with an experienced, knowledgable sales person whom I never heard from again after I signed the contract.

    As a business professional I understand short term challenges can happen and you can learn a lot by how a company addresses their failures in response to making "things" right. To that end, I have never written a review like this. A thoroughly disappointing experience is the best description I can think of.My Recap: Larson had the kickoff call and drafted my account properly and shortly after that I found myself chasing them for answers. After many months, a change was made to who represented my account, *** ********************** cited unhappy customers and communication issues as the reason for the change.It was after this, that I learned the original person failed to communicate to me a settlement was reached with the state and upon resuming the services with a new person, I eventually learned that this lack of communication cost me nearly $1,400 in additional taxes as the state eventually revoked the offer. I communicated this to Larson, including *** Larson and even after providing emails from his own employees showing it was Larson's failure to communicate, they refused to work with me in any regards to a refund. As to the *** portion of their work, Larson filed with the *** and then closed my account prior to the *** accepting the offer, leaving me on a scheduled payment for months, where the *** finally came back and rejected the offer. I was finally told, there was nothing they could do. There were major gaps in communication and several changes to the team along the way. Section IV of my contract shows, "IV. LFI's licensed tax professional will continually communicate with Client to update Client of progress from **** work- product, including any proposed modifications to the resolution strategy. " I sincerely hope that my experience was an isolated one. I would caution people out there to investigate other options thoroughly before deciding on the best resource to represent them in such important matters.
