Clear Creek Consulting, Inc has committed to address these calls by providing consumers with an adequate response within two business days. Clear Creek Consulting, Inc requests that if you wish to file a complaint to please include specifics regarding the issues; such as the name of person, with whom you spoke, office location, repeated calls, hang ups, etc. BBB has identified a past pattern of complaints against this business. Specifically, consumers allege the business makes repeated phone calls to them, despite their requests that the business cease from contacting them. Additionally, many consumers allege the business was rude, unapologetic, and unprofessional in the phone calls. BBB has met with this business, and they are aware of this pattern of complaints. BBB received a response from the business on June 24,2015 addressing the aforementioned issues. The business stated they were at fault for the frequent unwanted phone calls. Between 2012 and 2013, the business was using an automated dialer to reduce costs. The automated dialer did experience some technical difficulties and would sometimes call potential clients multiple times a day. After the complaint surge during this period, Clear Creek Consulting, Inc. invested in hiring live people to contact potential clients.
