Specifically, consumers claiming customer service Issues allege poor customer service, including rude sales staff and customer service reps. Other consumers claim that it is almost impossible to receive customer service in timely manner. Consumers that claim advertising Issues allege the company is failing to honor advertised prices and discounts, both online and in stores. Consumers claiming refund or exchange issues allege the company does not provide refunds in a timely manner. In regards to refunds and returns, the company stated that they will refund on items returned within the last 30 days, and for concerns regarding items not being in stock, the company will offer a substitution of items that are of equal value. BBB will continue to monitor consumer complaints.
