Amazing service ! I would love to speak to him every time I call you guys !!!! I was so confused about the system and everything however he helped me figure all the documents out very quickly. Cannot express how much stress he just lifted off my shoulders ! WOULD GIVE 10000/10 IF I COULD !!! Such a God sent especially when it comes to nursing and so many requirements, he helped me so much!! So lovely!! CAN I PLEASE GET HIM EVERY TIME I CALL !!!!Review from Laura P

If I'm just reviewing *********************, it would be an easy 6 out of 5 stars. He fixed my issue in about 2 seconds (updating the Complio compliance items for school is an ongoing headache, and I think the entire student body is confused about how that works!). Please, if his manager sees this, give him a raise or an employee of the month, or a free coffee or something. This phone call was the Holy Grail of "perfect customer service" calls, I've never had one so smooth before! Honestly, even the hold music wasn't annoying, I like oboe music. I would fully suggest that anyone with questions about their compliance issues just call the help number, because I think all of my phone calls have gone really, really smoothly, The people are amazing and friendly, and it just is such a relief to have the axe of getting pulled from classes or clinicals removed without fuss.I did subtract 1 star because of the constant denials in my compliance items, particularly in the first year of school. I had SO MANY things denied. So. Many. And some were really confusing, like my insurance card which had to be larger, so two times I had to go enlarge the image and resubmit, and then it was denied because it had to be "not a student health insurance and not a *********** health insurance"- except mine was neither! I was almost billed for the school insurance policy (however, I called and they resolved the issue right away, but this was after 3 submissions with the wait period after each one). Overall, I have to use American Databank because my university requires it, and Complio is a massive jigsaw puzzle of a site, but they have truly outstanding customer service people on the phone lines.

I had an excellent experience with the representative from American Databank, Bee *****! He was friendly, helpful, listened to me patiently, and solved my issue quickly. I believe he went above and beyond to give fantastic customer service. It made me feel like he wanted to help me which is not the feeling you get from most customer service lines. I appreciate his efforts on my behalf! I was able to finally get the information I needed to take to the lab for my pre-employment drug screening. Thank you, Bee! I had a few questions about the format of uploading my immunizations into the Complio site for my Nursing Program and Bee was super helpful throughout our phone conversation! He was able to help me with understanding the format, gave me useful tips for future problems I may run into, answered all my questions with enthusiasm, and overall left me feeling great after our phone conversation! The man I talked to on the phone was absolutely amazing! He listened to my whole situation and made sure that we fixed the problem while I was still on the phone with him. He also wrote down information so that I didn't have any guess work to do. I've literally been fighting this issue for months and he fixed it in minutes.
