Additional Complaint Information
BBB identified a possible pattern of customer complaints. Specifically, consumers allege Customer Service Issues stating that the business has been unresponsive to phone calls and emails. Delivery Issues regard allegations that the business falsely communicated delivery dates/times which were not followed through on.
BBB met with the business on November 11, 2014 to address these allegations. The business stated that a loss in funding from Medicare, as well as, internal changes that needed to made, resulted in a cash flow problem and delay of customer products. The business further stated that during this time, there were issues with the customer support team which resulted in customers not being called back. The business stated that they have since then addressed these issues and moving forward and that they are committed to these deficiencies not taking place in the future.
