Specifically, consumers allege Refund or Exchange Issue(s); consumers alleged that they canceled service with the company and were told to expect a refund within a timely manner and didn't receive it within a certain time period. Another consumer alleged that the business stated they would not provide service unless the account was paid in full however, the consumer claimed that that it was and there was an extra payment pulled from their bank account. Service Issue (s) alleges that the company is failing to provide service when necessary, and only picking up a certain amount of trash. Billing or Collection Issue (s) state that the business will charge for services not rendered, and that consumers are receiving past due bills when they are no longer receiving service.
