            During the completion of installing our roof, an employee drilled a hole though the roof into our custom wood ceiling. Repairing the interior portion of the ceiling was addressed. It was patched, but sustained permanent damage. The exterior portion of the hole was shingled over without being repaired. We have requested that this hole be fixed. It is larger than code will allow for gap in the roof. We have also noted to Scott's Roofing that we found trash that implies that a lesser quality product was used for the underlayment. This has never been addressed.We would like the hold fixed so that the integrity of our roof is intact. When we made payment - we were told this would be promptly addressed. This was two weeks ago and no one has called us to set up a time for the repair. They took our money and made a promise that they have not kept.
