              New Age Real Estate was the property management on a property that was previously rented by myself. Upon move out documentation was requested by myself from New Age Real Estate: Specifically "****************** Team" that was denied. They also cut off my access to the tenant portal where I could have accessed this information myself. This has resulted in months long disputed on work they have unlawfully charged me for on "repairs" on the rented unit. I was charged for repairs that did not take place, and repairs that were never legally applicable. They have lead the owner of this unit astray and given him incorrect information and advised him to proceed with un-lawful charges.

              I rented from NewAge for 3 years. I never paid rent late. When I moved in the house it was no where near move in ready. The entire property was trashed with cigarettes and trash. The kitchen didnt have a gate/rail up with a 3 1/2 foot drop to the room below, leaving a HUGE liability for an injury. Whenever a work order was put in, I wasnt notified it was received or that they were working on it. It took weeks to get anything repaired. I was notified by ************************* at NewAge that the owner of the house is going to sell the ********** needed to move out in 2 months with no option to stay. I found out from my next door neighbors who I am friends with, that ****** lied and rented again to a new tenant. The owner did not sell the property. Unsure why they need to lie to tenants. They also kept a lot of my security deposit, when I left the house in better condition than I received it in.
