            Work orders submitted on a rental property that have not been addressed or completed. 1. The refrigerator control panel is broken, meaning you can't control temperature. Freezing or thawing foods depending on what temperature it decides. Wasting money on grocery cost. Turned in for the first time in March. Turned in again in July. Still no results. 2. The sprinkler inlet line is spraying water and they have not fixed it. Costing money in wasted water. ******* came out and refused to fix it because the rental company declined the cost. 3. The dryer vent is plugged. Wasting money on electricity having to run every load through the dryer 4 times. Turned in mid July and was ignored. 4. Smoke detector hanging off ceiling turned in with our move in paperwork citing it was a major issue. Ignored.

            By far and away the worst team I have experienced, even simple requests fall on deaf ears. Listed my unit so incorrectly for nearly a month there wasn't a single view. Finally got a hold of someone to fix the errors and that was the point that we finally started to see traction. Since then this team have come in to the unit and disconnected security and monitoring systems and now refuse to go back to address the issue. Normally not a huge deal but im in another state. Talks with the "manager"are fruitless as they do not take ownership of anything just talk in circles to deflect. Stay Away!!
