    I have lived in Park North townhouses for 4 years now. Managed by 4 seasons HOA group. When I moved in HOA was 375 a month then went to 433 a month a year ago and now they are trying to get 525 a month.This this is completely rediculas. The average cost for HOA in ****** for communities on a golf course is 348 a month. ******** is 170 a month. All areas in ******** average at 401 a month. We do not live any where extravagant what so ever. We barely got a swimming pool again. We have no club house and the landscaping is horrible. Like I said still no lawn in front of my home for 2 years now. You want to charge all the owners almost another 100 dollars a month for absolutely nothing when the basics haven't even been met. I think this needs to be taken further if this is what they are planning on trying to do because trying to charge 525 a month is absurd and robbery! I will be printing out all the costs and having them looked over because this is absurd and robbery!

    They shouldn't be accredited by BBB. On January 1st I requested an urgent maintenance (Maintenance Request #***-1) the only thing I have receive is an "This request was completed on 01/11/2023" which says nothing, since nothing has been done either to contact me or to make the necessary arrangements to fix what need to be fixed. Today 3/27/2023 the common walk areas were shoveled as well as the entryways of each house, except mine. (For which I have photos to prove it). Is this a form of retaliation or perhaps a form of discrimination? In my understanding that is illegal, and even more so when the maintenance I have requested is because I have a daughter with a disability. The lack of action on their part could be taken to court, added to what appears to be a discriminatory act.They don't even deserve a 1 start but zero! the only thing that matters to this kind of company is the money they collect. $255 for HOA multiplied by hundreds of houses it's ridiculous and a theft!
