On December 6th of this year I higher High 5 Plumbing to repair my ***** electric tankless water heater on December 7th of this year *********************** (Plumbing Technician) arrived at my home to repair the water heater, at or around 12:30 pm ************** informed me that he has contacted and spoke with a representative for ***** water heaters and *********************** informed me that a component of the water heated was damaged and needed to be replaced but the part will take a week or two weeks to come in. ************** informed me that he can install a new and better water heated (Eemax ) Mini-Tank 2.5-Gallon electric water heater for $1649.00, technician ***** disassembled my MAREY ECO ***************** Water Heater and two hours later ************* install Eemax Mini-Tank 2.5-Gallon electric water heater all worked fine for the first 15 minutes. I contacted High 5 Plumbing informed them of the problem and *********************** was scheduled to come back to my home and he arrived at my home on or around 10:30 am him and a new trainee ( name I don't remember ) later I was informed the heater was not the right size for my home and he can stall the Eemax ***** water heater at additional cost $1785.00 later ************** informed me that the water heater was working and I hade hot water, the next day I checked for hot water, but the water was lukewarm water and again I call High 5 Plumbing and again ****** was assigned to come out but he called instead and informed me the electric needed to be upgraded and I needed to contact they sister electrical company for a upgraded at
