On 12/11/2021 (Saturday) i had gone in to donate plasma (this would be my first donation of the week) so i complete my donation and i recieve 30$ for the first donation of the week. They have this bonus program for this month (December) that if you donate twice in one week that you can recieve 130$ total in earnings. 30$ for the first donation and 40$ for the second donation PLUS a 60$ bonus that would make the second donation 100$ total. So the 30$ for the first donation of the week plus the 100$ for the second donation of the week would be 130$ total. As they have it advertised in the building. So today Monday 12/13/2021 this would be my second donation of the week. So i complete the second donation. 12/13/2021 and i only received 30$ as if were my first donation of the week. Also to add i wanted reassurance that i would be recieving the 100$ total for the day since it would be my second of the week and they told me Yes. I called to have it resolved and they basically turned me away because its monday. (even though this is my second donation of the week!?) So now i feel i have to write this complaint because i just feel like i was lied to and was not givin the right payment for my second donation of the week. I was depending on that.. i am very sad i feel let down by these guys at biomat lakewood ********.. i have been a return donor since 2019. So i am not new to this. Please do something about this it is not right that i have donated twice this week and only recieved 30$ each donation, 60$ total when it should be 130$ total for both donations.
