Has sold me item that is not as described.. Which as well almost cost me my own life. I told them about it. I've been looking for the parts for this watch for months. If not longer, it's actually supposed to check your Blood Pressure, but it doesn't come with a part 4 as they said it does.. One I am asking to try to settle the dispute. And they're not gonna do nothing for me. So therefore customer service isn't even what it's supposed to be.. I would like for you guys to look into this place. Also, maybe see if you can get them to actually do something for me. They either need to supply the part or supply the refund. I would like to ask you guys to try to Settle this dispute.. For selling items that is not as described. Almost costing someone their life.. My Blood Pressure dropped drastically when I was asleep. That sent me into a seizure.. I passed out and luckily. I woke up in time to call 911.. They had to stabilize me before they got me to the hospital . If this watch was as described, it would have set an alert off. Where? I didn't have to go through. Literally the seizure actually broke my teeth so I have to get them repaired. It stinks that my Blood Pressure dropped that much. And I got this watch due to medical reasons. So I wish for you all to help solve this problem for them. Selling items that is not as described.
