            The owner **** is condescending and not willing to make things right for mistakes the company makes. He admitted that they made a clerical error which impacted our move but was unwilling to come to an agreement on the total charge.We were quoted $850 for 3 hours with 3 movers to move our 1.5 bedroom apartment into a single family home. The day of the move only 2 movers showed up but the paperwork had the rate for 3 movers which I called out so they adjusted it to a two person rate. They assured me they would do what they could to knock it out as quickly as possible. Half way through the move they realized it was taking longer than expected so asked if they could bring over another guy which we approved since that was what was originally agreed upon. However they eventually told us they were understaffed and the third individual wasnt joining after all. 7 hours and $1600 later they finally finished. This was double the cost we were expecting and is absurd for moving a 1.5 bedroom apartment. I cant even imagine how much it would cost if we had more stuff. Our friends moved the same day we did with a different company and paid half as much to move double the items. Overall nothing that was originally agreed upon was upheld by the company and due to our moving deadline we didnt have the ability to pull out the day of which has now put us with a *************** over what was budgeted for.

            This business is a Scam! Fraud! I reached out to this company because I have a concussion and needed help packing with a move home to help with recovery. I was quoted $1900. Three men were sent out to pack, I believe two were new employees, because they didnt seem to know what they were doing. They also seem to do a lot of talking and walking around aimlessly. Obviously that got very little done I even had to correct one of the gentleman and how they were wrapped in glasses as they were wrapping glasses. I was shocked at the carelessness. They told me they had to come back the next day. I was in agreement to that however I wasnt in agreement to the $2700 price tag that came with it and on top of that they asked how I was going to tip, I didnt think it was fair to cheat the workers out of the tip so I took them and bought them lunch. I bought lunch each day they came as I called. The owner immediately said I shouldnt ruin his weekend but he added expletives. He also called me a hoarder, and explained to me that he had been taken advantage of by the women in his life , being that I work in the medical field I offered to help him seeking treatment. I questioned his billing ethics. He told me he would provide three free hours but after that, I would need to pay more money after these three hours. His man laughed. I called him and I was in tears, and I told him I was not happy. He started screaming at me just unreal. I was crying and I told him I hired him to help me , after being yelled at, I told him I was not going to be spoken to by any man that way and I was not going to engage. He fired off three very rude explosive text to me told me he didnt want my FN money not to contact him again, he *** me , please save yourself heartache, tears and money. Do not use this business. I believe they should be refunded my money, because I paid for a service that was never completed not to mention being touched down upon as a professional woman I have never endured abuse

            **** is outright lying about this job and how things were handled. She was quoted over the phone before we showed up to her job. She told me she had a very small one bedroom, with only a small amount of furniture and boxes. We were supposed to help her finish packing and load a POD for her. When my guys showed up they could barely walk through the apartment because she had furniture wall to wall and stacks of boxes and stuff everywhere. It was a hoarder situation 100%! I showed up to assess what my guys were telling me about the job, to see it with my own eyes. I couldn't believe what I saw when I got there. **** immediately started crying when I talked to her. Apologizing to me about lying about what she had. She started telling me about a situation that happened at her doctors. She told me a male nurse got physical with her and knocked her down and she got a concussion. I initially believed her and felt sorry for her and tried my best to adjust the quote for her and put my guys to work trying to complete the job. 4 hours later I got a call from my guys telling me she was yelling demeaning insults at my guys and she wanted to end the job. They also told my she was extremely high on her medications and was slurring every other word. I told her we were not finished and needed more time but she demanding we call it for the day. I sent my guys out the next day, with more boxes and packing supplies hoping to just finish the job and be done with it. This time wasn't any better. She was actually saying racial comments and insults and was impossible to deal with. I was in the hole for about $1000 with her, but due to the environment she was creating for my employees, I pulled them off the job and told her I didn't want anything to do with her or her money. She is lucky I didn't take her to court for her scamming and verbal abuse my guys had to endure. We have been in business for 20 years, our record speaks for itself. Hopefully the BBB will get rid of this review and her complaint. I would rather not ever be reminded of this job ever again. We love what we do here at FVL, but sometimes dealing with the public we have to deal with people like this.
