Got intial/preliminary offer that wasn't even in the same universe as the rediculous offer they tried to come through with. Save any credit inquiries and stay as far away from this mess as possible...unless you want to increase the amoout of payments and interest you actually pay.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I received a letter about refinancing my auto loan. The letter included a specific interest rate and monthly payment. After going through the process, they could not meet the terms of the letter. It was a classic bate and switch.AC Auto Pay Response
