    DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!I purchased a membership about 2 years ago in anticipation to use it once I launch my business. i Thought the one-time price was temporary, but they seem to run that special EVERYDAY for the last 2 years, so I didn't need to purchase it when I did. The reasons for my complaint is for the last month I have not been able to get into my account. They have a faulty "security code" software that doesn't respond to the security code that's emailed or texted to me (I've tried both options). I enter the code and enter submit and the numbers clear. I re-=enter the numbers and it gives an error message that that code is incorrect or has been used. I've tried it dozens of times using THREE different web browsers, email code and text code and the same result. For A MONTH, I've reached out to their support team for a resolve and CRICKETS!!!!! No response from support. I have attempted to contact them MULTIPLE times over the course of the month - Email, their chat.... NOTHING! Their chat says you can get a live person M-F from 9to5. That is a lie. I used the chat during those hours and of course the automatic system informs me that someone will be in contact within 24 hours. THEY WON'T. If you value your money and want a company that is responsive when their janky software doesn't work then FIND A DIFFERENT COMPANY. You will get no support. My $500 investment has gone down the drain since I can't access my account and can't get anyone to fix THEIR ERROR (my password is correct. It's the second layer of security where their codes does not respond to the input and won't move beyond that screen). Never again will I make this mistake again to trust such a company. And to think I was going to have Clixlo as the go to software that I mention to the hundreds of coaches that I train.... NEVER! Run. Don't look back. P.S. If they try to deny my multiple attempts of being ignored, I will upload the screenshots and video shots showing proof.

    You have the wrong company.  This is Clixo in ******, **.  We are not "Clixlo" the company that you state in your review. We are a boutique SEM agency with just a handful of clients.  We do not sell memberships or software.

     

    PLEASE REMOVE ALL CLIXLO REVIEWS.  This is obviously a different company. Our company is Clixo, not Clixlo.
