Got my tv I ordered "no open return policy " opened it and screen is shattered called them gave information and pictures two weeks now still no refunds or tv. I won't buy from them again.

We are sorry to hear your item was damaged in transit.
Our general return policy allows for open box returns with a potential restocking fee, depending on the reason for the return. However, to limit counterfeit material issues, this particular manufacturer does not allow open box returns - as mentioned before, we processed this order.
Regardless, it is NOT our policy to refuse RMA requests for damaged goods. We will always advocate for our customers to ensure they get the right equipment for their needs, but we must follow the process laid out by the manufacturer, distributor, and shippers.
This item was drop shipped directly from the manufacturer's distributor, who we need to work through to resolve this issue. We have received the images you sent and provided those to both the distributor and manufacturer. After their review, the distributor told us we needed to make a claim directly with the shipper.
We are working on filing that claim with the shipper on your behalf. Unfortunately, this process takes time as we have to work through the various hurdles in place to prevent fraud. At this point, we are waiting on responses from the shipper's investigation.
We appreciate your continued patience as we work to resolve this and hope to have a favorable determination by the shipper in the very near future. Either way, be assured, one way or another, we will take care of the damaged goods issue.Review from Justin M

I found some rare Dual locking power cables on KVM Switches online and the whole process was fantastic from ordering to delivery. I was able to contact CS and they were able to tell me a little about the item. After I received the info about the one of a kind, non proprietary dual locking power cables, I proceeded to place an order for one cable to test it on my equipment. The order was placed and delivered quickly and once I tested the cable, I bought 60 more for the rest of my racks. The communication and tracking info was very informative and I was able to get free shipping on the whole order. I received the cables on time for my project and the prices was very competitive. These dual locking power cables are are a must for all server racks or any system that can't be down when accidentally moving cables in a rack or confined spaces. Having these items and having great customer service and quick delivery is an awesome combination.Review from CJ M

I had to place an "emergency" order on a Saturday for a VGA-Ethernet-VGA conversion kit, 150 foot extension for a Live Stream broadcast that went to air the following Wednesday. I wrote a note to the **************** asking them to review my email and provided a 2 day Air shipping upgrade. Following Monday morning I called KVM Switches Online, was immediately put through to the ************* people who took the order directly to a supplier with device in hand, next shipped it through three states and I had the device in two days!!! Wednesday by 3:30 I had the devices and was online by 5:30 that day. KVM Switches Online provided great service and numerous points of contact regarding delivery.
