Complaint: Trying to cancel my acccount, but they have not responded to my emails and they do not have a phone number on their site. I need to cancel my acccount, but they do not provide a phone number on their site. You can send an email through "contact us", which I have done 3 times. They automatically charge my account once a month and I have no way to stop them unless I cancel the card. I am complaining because I don't want the company to do this to anyone else.

Desired Settlement: I would like them to contact me so I can cancel my account and I would like them to provide a phone number on their website. At this point it seems like this is a scam to make it so you can't cancel your account so they can continue to charge you.

There was no issue with logging in and clicking on the unsubscribe link. Support is by e mail only and there is a "contact us" e mail on every page in the site. I have reported you to the better business bureau and have not received a response either. I need to cancel my account but there is no way to contact you by phone. I logged into my account but couldn't find any way to cancel my account or change the credit card information. I really need someone to contact me!! You will be charging my account in the next couple of days and I am VERY frustrated!! My last transaction number is XXXXXXXXXX. Please respond.
