Complaint: Trying to cancel my acccount, but they have not responded to my emails and they do not have a phone number on their site. I need to cancel my acccount, but they do not provide a phone number on their site. You can send an email through "contact us", which I have done 3 times. They automatically charge my account once a month and I have no way to stop them unless I cancel the card. I am complaining because I don't want the company to do this to anyone else.
Desired Settlement: I would like them to contact me so I can cancel my account and I would like them to provide a phone number on their website. At this point it seems like this is a scam to make it so you can't cancel your account so they can continue to charge you.
