Complaint: I purchase a room on march 21 for a friend Juan Jenkins and on March 23 and 24 my credit card twice for 79.18 and return check fee 35.00 a piece I have been calling the hotel about this matter and asking to speak to the manager. I been told since Monday he not in call at 7 to 3 call at that time informed to call back that night or tomorrow.I have been call since Monday and no return call back
