    Swedish billed me $209 unauthorized charge to my **** 2023 XXXX **** credit card even though I did not see any provider at any Swedish ******* location. Previous requests to contact Swedish at ************ to send me the explanation of benefits were ignored and they were never able to locate what the charge was. I demand the unauthorized $209 charge to be refunded.

    The reason why I gave 2 stars instead on no stars is because there were a few good nurses, but overall our experience at Swedish hospital was horrible. My husband had a heart attack and was transferred from Rose Medical Hospital to Swedish Hospital.1.The bed that the ambulate company was given to take him to already had someone in it and it took nursing staff 20 minutes to find another bed.2.The hospital is under construction and signs are not updated. It took his ambulate people 40 minutes of wandering around the hospital before we came across a transport person who was able to direct **. 3.When we finally got to his room, the nurses main concern was that he order dinner before 7:00 when the kitchen closed. He was not hooked up to any monitors for over 3 hours after arriving. He was there for triple bypass and no one hooked him up to a heart monitor for over 3 hours and it only happened at that point because I asked 3 people to get his nurse who finally showed up 70 minutes after my first request to see her. 4.When the nurse finally arrived she apologized and said that the nurse who received him was helping out on the unit and did not know the protocols. I understand nursing shortages but how do you have a nurse cover a cardiology unit where people are waiting for bypass surgery and not have them know a patient is supposed to be hooked up to monitors within 30 minutes of arriving on the unit.5.Surgery was scheduled for 7am and pre op at 6am. Then the surgeon came back to say that the anesthesiologist was not available at that time and asked if pre op could be at 10:00 and surgery at 11:00, we said okay. I was woken up at 6:15 in the morning with a phone call informing me that he was in pre op and surgery was at 7am. 12:15 he was finally taken for surgery. The stress and aggravation that both my husband and I went through before his triple bypass surgery when the surgery itself is already stressful, is unforgivable.
