            I have been living in my new house for 8 Months and after last winter the driveway has Damaged Concrete Surfaces I talked to ******** Warranty people and they said is not under warranty so I want to reach out to any other team requesting some help, as it is a new house and I should receive some warranty.

            This year our hot water heater went out on 60/02/2021 and we filed a claimed with Colorado Home Warranty. We waited over four days to hear back from a technician. We called CHW they stated they would contact is when they found a tech. 06/08 their rep contacted us and stated their Tech had gone out of business and they would call us back. I called again on 06/10 to offer to replace the unit myself. They returned my call and stated I could replace it myself and they would pay $500, but the payment wouldn't come for 12 WEEKS! In 2020 we filed a claim for the replacement microwave it took numerous phone calls and the threat of contacting the CO attorney generals office to finally receive the payment approx. SIX MONTHS later. Their business practices are questionable and should be regarded with some reservation. We have cancelled our policy and hope to find a company with a better reputation in the near future.
