I bought a golf club. The ad said 50 day return policy. Called the number said call customer service. Called customer service “this number is not valid”. Sent three emails. No response. Disputed with Amex. They stopped payment. All of a sudden Jack the Hammer called telling me I did not know how to use a golf club and on and on. Finally said wanted to return club as their ad says NO QUESTIONS ASKED. he said a return shipping label would be sent. Never got one. Two more calls, again number not valid. Called the order line. They said they only did orders could not take a message. They started getting threatening emails that I “will immediately have my bank remove the stop payment” as they weee charged a $100 stop payment fee. Called Amex. LIE. Got more emails that I was being charged with theft for not paying but if I removed the dispute they would let me keep the club and stop collection efforts. Went to shopping company and sent the club back at my expense. Again was told by Jack they would send me a return shipping label. Sent club USPS signature for delivery. Today got USPS notice that they cannot deliver as no on at address I was given in one email to accept delivery and due to signature required and value they cannot leave it in open. Sent another email to Hammer Gold which after a computer search is also X Factor Sports with a copy of USPS of failed delivery report. Also found several on line reports of similar instances with this company and that they had charged added fees without permission, made return difficult if not impossible and so on. This company is terrible. They seem to survive on threats and intimidation. If needed I have dates and times of every phone call and copies of every email. Please help or at least warn others of this company. They use the name Hammer Golf so that if you check them with the BBB there are no negatives. You have to know to look to X Factor Sports.
