            Explained in much detail how we wanted the glass done. Told them we needed the towel bar on the glass as the one on the wall was coming down. They installed the shower door and put the towel bar on the inside. So now if u want a towel you have it in the shower getting soaked, So we complained and the guy said he designed it with the towel bar on the inside since we already had one on the wall. I told him that i had told him before we wanted the towel bar on the shower glass as the one on the wall was being removed. He said he remembered me saying that but there was no way to fix their mess up now. They would have to replace the glass. I would never have wanted a towel bar if it was going to be inside. I reached out for a solution and they never got back to me. Will start with this complaint before taking legal action.

            I had two vertical slide windows which did not operate correctly. I called one window business. I left my information with a woman and was told I would hear back. I never heard back after about a week. I then called a second window business. It was the same story. I then called The Glass Guru. An appointment was scheduled immediately for two days later. The repairman showed up on time. Thirty minutes later, the windows were working properly. The repairman also checked the other windows for me and made small adjustments to two of them. The bill was nominal. The Glass Guru provided excellent, timely, quality and very fairly priced service where two of its competitors would not provide the courtesy of a call back. I would give The Glass Guru a strong 10.
