Open Sez Me installed a fence for us via ****** subcontract in October 2018. We started to have issues with the fence in August 2019 and contacted ****** as well as Open Sez Me to have the items reviewed and repaired. Someone did come to the house to take a look, but repairs of all items were not completed. We contacted ****** and Open Sez Me again in October 2020 and April 2021, with the same result. After having to secure the fence with t-posts and ratchet straps, we have been attempting contact with Open Sez Me repeatedly since the beginning of 2022 via direct calls to the owner as well as repair requests via the support email on the website. We are turning to BBB Complaint in hopes that we can get some response on the required repairs. Below is one of the requests sent to the support email in July 2022. We had a fence installed by your company in October 2018, which we are now having major issues with. Only one of the 4 gates is in working order, and the west and north sides are only standing due to temporary provisions that we have made. Several of the posts appear to not have any concrete. We have reached out to **** directly and he has agreed to come out and inspect the fence. We have yet to receive a scheduled time for that inspection, and have continued to reach out to **** without response in recent weeks. We would like to have resolution to these issues with our fence in a prompt manner. Please advise ASAP.
