              Elizabeth Garage Doors serviced and replaced my garage door in March of 2022. On May 31 my garage door came off the track and was dangling dangerously. I called stating an emergency repair was needed and was told I would need to wait until the following day and it was out of warranty. Obviously upset after having paid close to a $1000 just two months ago I insisted I speak with the technician. I was assured he would contact me in 15 minutes. I never received a call. Poor customer service, no concern for the danger to people and property, and no concern that perhaps their work caused this dangerous situation. I expected more from a family owned local business.
