I was told 4-6wks for ALL products and when purchase was delivered, it was the wrong sectional product and my dinning rm table was not delivered.
I made my purchase on May 27, 2015. At that time, I purchased a sectional sofa with ottoman, two side tables from sofa mart, and a dinning room table with 4 chairs from *** ******** When I was purchasing the sectional, the salesman drew a diagram showing me what my sectional would look like and what to expect. I was happy with what he showed me and purchased it after I was approved for their credit card. I also purchased a dinning room table from *** ******* at that time and both the salesman from *** ******* and sofa mart assured me that all would be delivered at the same time in 6-8weeks. I received calls a month later stating that my table was ready, when, at that time, I told the salesperson that I was glad it was ready, but it was supposed to be delivered with the rest of my purchase. They then assured me it would be delivered as previously promised. On July 20th, the delivery was made to my home in **** **** from ********** I was there to receive the furniture, however, to my disappointment, the sectional was not what was shown to me and instead it was just a long couch. Along with that, My dinning room table was missing. The guy who delivered the sofa called someone in ********* and assured me that the right sectional was to be reordered and was going to take another 6-8 weeks which, as you can imagine, upset me considering I was promised one product and despite given a diagram of what to expect, have it fall short. The delivery guy was not aware that he was to also deliver a table and 4 chairs, so he called again to ********** when at that time they said they couldn't deliver it until later- they only deliver to ** **** once a week, and that the chairs weren't even assembled. They told me that someone would call me later that week and set up a new time to deliver the table. I was very upset and asked when the salesmen I purchased my furniture from was going to be at work again. I was told it was that Wednesday July 22. I work at a hospital and I don't have normal hours, so I asked my mother to go talk to him at the store in ********* to make sure things were ok and I would get my furniture. When my mother went to the store in ********** she describe the salesman, "****", as very rude and not helpful. He told her there was nothing he could do and that "she would just have to wait" (referring to me). My mother stopped by another salesman to ask for the manager on duty only to find out that "****" was the manager. According to my mother, **** called her later to discuss the shipment of the table and sectional, but she told him at that point that he needed to call me, the person who purchased the furniture, to set up a time for delivery. It has been a week, and I have not received a phone call about the delivery of my table that was supposedly done a month ago, nor a phone call to tell me about my sectional and how its going to be replaced or when. I am very disappointed with the customer service that I received with this company and am still waiting to hear about my furniture. I am currently making payments on my credit card without any reassurance that I'll get my furniture, or the correct furniture.

I would like the correct furniture delivered without additional cost, and All of the furniture. I would appreciate some sort of discount taken off my bill or some amount of store credit for another purchase. I just moved into a new home with my family and we have been without furniture for a little over two months now. I would like my furniture and this to be settled, but if there isn't a solution that can be agreed upon, I would like to have what is currently at my home taken back without a penalty and I will take my business elsewhere.
I spoke with **** *****, we have re-ordered the correct merchandise and will give some sort of credit once the correct product arrives.

I will be satisfied once i receive my couch and actual compensation. I have received a phone call from very nice guy that has reassured me that i will receive compensation, but it was someone who was covering for that locations regional manager. I was never contacted by the regional manager for that location. Also, the manager, ****, that i originally dealt with called my mother this last monday, august 10 trying to set up a time to deliver my table that was delayed in delivery originally, but had been delivered over a week before. One, i dont know why he contacted my mother because i am the one who purchased the furniture, and two, it just shows me the lack of communication this place has. I almost want to give up on this whole purchase, it has been disappointing and stressful.

It's September 24 and i haven't received any phone calls or information regarding my replacement piece for my sectional. I made the purchase on May 27, 2015, received the wrong sectional piece because of ordering error on July 20th, 2015 and was told 6-8 weeks..... Its been over 2 months and still have no piece. I decided to call and see what the hold up was and the person who answered told me that the piece was still going to be another 1-2 weeks. I feel that I have been patient enough waiting 4 months for my complete order, but I am starting to get very upset that the company has taken this long to do it. I do not understand why it has taken this long, no one has given me a good explanation.
