    I would like about 50% of the charge for the flowers returned to me. Flowers were delivered but not anywhere close to what I ordered.01/27/23 - ordered flowers online after speaking to shop on phone purchased $91.94 plus tax, delivery, service fee, and 15% tip. The purchase and the tax totaled $127.65. 01/28/23 - flowers delivered 01/29/23 - went to facility to see person I sent arrangement to, so saw the delivered bouquet 01/29/23 flew back to ***** after funeral service in **** 02/11/23 called florist to express concerns regarding bouquet.I order flowers for my Aunt frequently. I wanted to establish a relationship with a florist for the purpose. I didn't want a refund when I called, only to find middle ground and an agreement going forward. I didn't want to be rude or burn bridges. Mistakes happen. I was open to discussion and even to let it go. It was a cold, rough, weekend.Whoever answered the phone, started yelling at me for calling 2 weeks after the delivery (why would it matter, I didn't want a refund or another arrangement) and that she was in the busiest week of her year and how dare I call her (I would have gladly called her at another time). I told her that I would take my business elsewhere. Later in this quickly devolving conversation, she said I had threatened her. What?! I asked what she meant and she said I threatened to take my business away. That's really NOT a threat. She made it sound like I had threatened her personally. I think the florist KNEW she had short-changed the arrangement not expecting me to ever see what was delivered. Well I did. She then blew-up at me aggressively to make me go away The flowers were worth half of what I paid for them. I have the pictures of what I thought I ordered and what was received. I would like $50 returned to me. The driver still gets the tip, the delivery/service fee is a set fee.. I realize that the website product pic looks magical but I did expect something close.Thanks,S
