    City Floral connected our sprinkler drip irrigation system to our neighbors. Subsequently, now when we water our plants or he waters his plants, both areas get watered at the same time. City Floral did this in September 2021 and I immediately sent an email asking them to restore the irrigation system to its original state. They did nothing. I asked again via email in March and May of this year.This was their final email to us from *********************** of City Floral on May 25, 2022-Hello **** and *****. I am familiar with the irrigation system and the chain of events up to now. We have cancelled services and credited back the previous service call charges. We will not be doing any further work or answering any more questions pertaining to this matter. Although we have attempted to explain your irrigation system, It sounds like you would like a different opinion than the ones that we have offered regarding the Rachio clock and the drip lines that you share with your neighbor. Please feel free to use the credits back for service calls to contact another service provider that *** be a better fit. There have been multiple companies out to you and your neighbors house and it has caused a fair amount of confusion. I agree with the idea that the two systems should be separated. This matter has gotten a little silly at this point and I think it would be better for us all to move on. For the record- no other company touched this system when the May 25th email arrived. The service credit was $37.50 when they charged to have someone come here for 5 minutes and I explained what the issue was.Please help us. We just want them to fix what they broke!!I have the emails as didactic proof of repair requests.

    worst company and owner I have ever worked with. I paid for a design and quote on a landscaping project. Waited a year to get started and the day before they started they told me they couldnt do half of the job because it would damage a tree. They neglected to credit me the amount that should have been credited on a $41,000 job they stopped work because I hadnt paid $1000, *****, who is a manager or owner bullied me, was the rudest person I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I have built a few houses re-done many and been acquainted with many business people they did a s*** job would not come back to fix the issues , so so sad please do not use this company
