DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We had a fire in our home Jan. 13, 2022. This company came highly recommend to me from a fire investigator. He said they will know how to look for damage and fix it better because they have former firefighters running the business. They said they would put it back better than it was before everything we had we would get back. The entire house needed to be remodeled and the basement was completely gutted. It not only took well over a year to get back into our home but with so many bumps along the way. Currently we have had to bring in professional carpet installers to fix what they did. The top guy for CPR told us that "carpet moves when you bring in your furniture and it just needs to be stretched" , there are bumps in all the rooms with carpet. The professionals now just pulled it up with their hands the nailers were placed with concrete nails not wood and they never stretched the carpet when they installed. Every room needs to be stretched, meaning every room needs to have the furniture taken out. Our water softener system was not installed with the same equipment we had before the fire, it was an off the shelf brand. We have hard water and you can tell it's apples to oranges, not the same at all. We have to have it replaced. The people they have working are handy men and women they are not professionals for the work being done.We had items returned to us that did not belong to us and items return to us broken or some items not even returned and of course this is only those items we remember. Our home was not a track home, it was a custom built home and was to return to the original quality and it did not.
