Perfect Teeth is headquartered in Denver, Colorado and they advertise providing dentistry services in Colorado, New Mexico, and Arizona. Consumers allege improper billing to their insurance carriers, inflated cost for dental care, and billing disputes being sent to collections even though insurance should cover the cost of the dental services that were provided. Consumers further allege they have contacted Perfect Teeth in an attempt to resolve the billing issues however, they are unresponsive to requests for assistance.
On March 29, 2021 and April 12, 2021, BBB reached out to Perfect Teeth regarding the consumer complaints, however, as of April 23, 2021, the business has not responded.
