Spoiler alert, ******* the office manager will probably try to smooth this over and has taken NO responsibility for their errors. BELOW average customer service; VERY POOR communication about the trays; *******, Office Manager, accepts no responsibility for hiring an email software company that they know there are problems with their emails not being delivered to clients' inboxes (the emails go to spam, mine wasn't even retrievable in spam folder...??).We invested $5,500 for Invisilign in February 2019. We got through the trays, but there was very poor communication about some of them as they were not to be worn, but appeared to be the next set in the treatment. Those trays REVERSED our son's progress and now we are asked to pay almost another $1,000 to correct that problem. We did move back to Iowa temporarily after all the trays were worn. My son had an Invisilign orthodontist take off the brackets and make a retainer for about $500. It was then that we discovered the error of my son wearing trays that were not to be worn. What the heck. We moved back to ******** in less than 10 months and this Boulder office wants to blame everything that went wrong (the stupid trays that were not to be worn, reversed the progress) on our Iowa orthodontist. Whatever. We're screwed so buyer be ****.

We have no control over our how our software company processes through each individual email server. We value every member of our office team.
