New Apple product, all refurbished computers, RAM, software, iPods, iPads, iPhones, printers, digital cameras (Unused AND Unopened may be returned up to 7 days from the date of purchase with approval. All returns subject to a 15% restocking or reconfiguring fee. For a refund or exchange, most products may be returned within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt. Warranty claims for new equipment must be handled directly through the manufactured when applicable. No returns, warranties, refunds or exchanges on any purchased or customer installed parts. The Mac Shack's liability shall be limited to 100% of the amount actually paid under this agreement.
