Complaint I have not received the product that I ordered on April 6, 2013. I placed an order on 4/6/13 for a gold star of david pendant. I have not received it, nor have I recevied any e-mails regarding the tracking information. I have tried calling the business, but their number has been temporarily disconnected. I have tried e-mailing them at *****************, but I haven't heard anything from them. I have also sent them a written letter.
Desired Settlement I would like a total refund if they are not able to fill my order.

I apologize for not getting back with you sooner. I did finally receive my item. So this complaint can now be closed
Complaint I placed a small order with this store and the products were never sent to me. I tried to contact by email and multiple times by phone, with no reply. I purchased the items on the 17th of October, and waited patiently as I know these things can take time. After three weeks I started to wonder what happened, so I emailed the store on November 14th. No response. I decided to call the store this week (the week of November 25th before the holiday to see what happened. No response - I have called multiple times now, and even left a message. My Order Confirmation number is: # XXXXXXXXXXEA. I ordered two kippahs for a total of $25.27. I paid online by VISA and my card was valid for payment.
Desired Settlement I would like the products that I ordered shipped to me ASAP. If that can't be done, I want a refund.
Complaint Purchased a product 3 weeks ago and received a confirmation email. I have tried to contact via phone, email, and facebook, but they will not respond. My order number is ************. I purchased an item on October 14, 2013. I received the confirmation email the same day. After 2 weeks of no information I tried to send them an email. I never received a response, so I sent another email. Then I called the business and left numerous messages, without a response back. I even sent the business a private message on their facebook. I am very concerned since this business has all of my credit card and billing information, and will not respond to any of my inquiries. I do not want this business to charge my credit card without my permission.
Desired Settlement If it is possible to get my product by November 13th then I would like that. If not, I would like to ensure that my credit card is not charged by this business.
Complaint I ordered a doll for my granddaughter. Doll was not the doll I ordered. Doll was broken. A male doll was sent instead of a female. I ordered a doll for my granddaughter. The order confirmation number is XXXXXXXXXXAS. The name of the doll ordered was a female doll name *****. I received a MALE doll named ****** with a broken arm. I have left numerous phone messages at XXX-XXX-XXXX. None of my messages have been answered. I have also left five emails - none of which have been answered. The order was charged to my mother's charge card (she is 89) and as soon as the bill comes in we WILL DISPUTE THE CHARGE. Please feel free to contact me with any information you may receive!
Desired Settlement I want to know how a RELIGIOUS store that is closed on all of the Jewish holidays can be so unethical in their business practices. I would also like a refund and an explanation as to how they can possibly still have their web site in operation to scam other people. At the VERY LEAST they should remove their website!!!

The volume of business and number of transactions may have a bearing on the number of complaints received by BBB.
BBB records show the issues raised in the complaint have been resolved. Either customer confirmed the complaint has been resolved, or business confirmed the complaint has been resolved and customer did not respond to BBB correspondence informing customer that complaint will be considered resolved unless BBB hears otherwise from customer.
