I purchased a vehicle from autonation and the only thing wrong with it was a cracked windshield. First visit they replaced the windshield but was told that they couldn't calibrate my windshield to my sensors and needed to order a new windshield the 2nd visit was much worse. They told me they couldn't get my hood open I only had my car not even 2 weeks and they were the only ones under the hood. They proceeded to tell me that my hood cable snapped some how. But their tech cut my cable right in front of me and handed it to me and told me it was damaged some how. The manager *** offered to fix it and once he found out my warranty wouldn't cover it he no longer wanted to replace the issue his shop caused. Took my car back to autonation to find out not only did they snap my hood cable, they rounded out the strikers and those needed to be replaced, not only that they fried my sensors and camera in the windshield so that also needed to be replaced. Did they take responsibility? No they blamed me and told me my vehicle was brought to them damaged that way. Would give ZERO stars if I could. Stay away if you want to deal damage done to your vehicle.
