Went in to get an oil change. Asked why the guy took it around the block and then slammed on the breaks when they got back. Asked about the price asked about last oil change and when it was plus miles. *** said we tarnished his business because we were asking questions and seriously blew everything out of context and told us to leave. What in the world is that for business? We were there for thirty minutes for literally nothing but confusion. Plus now there is a lot of beeping.it is 4:16 now and the appointment was at 3 today. I'm really perplexed.

Our comprehensive *** Services include a test drive which you signed off on when you came in and this is you second visit we have taken your vehicle on a test drive while you waited before. Our technicians test drive vehicles to make sure that there are no abnormal noises or anything they need to be mindful of when doing a physical inspection. You accused us of taking a "Joy ***** in your car and also complained that we were to expensive after you had already approved the service. We are always very professional and straight forward with our clients. You were looking to get something for free or discounted by complaining about everything. Also complaining about the waiting room and the front door also the coffee station. We tried to educate you on the value of an independent ************* specialist and explain why we do things in the manner in which we do it by following guidelines set out by *************. You wouldn't listen. Our Camera footage shows a very different story than you have exclaimed in your review. After feeling belittled and interrogated our service manager explained to you that the relationship between Mr and **************** and German Motors was tarnished and we refused to provide you with service.
