      I had a problem with my clutch going out in my 2015 Jetta Volkswagen. I took it in good faith to the service center to be repaired. I originally bought the Jetta from Tynans and only had it for 11 months.The service center said they repaired the vehicle, which cost me $4,100. I drove the vehicle home and less than two weeks the clutch went out again in the Jetta. I returned it back to Tynans and they said some fluid or something had leaked out and reassured me they fixed the problem. A few days later same problem. I couldnt back out of my driveway. I live in **************** and commute to my job in ******.Tynans suggested I have the car towed to the ************** dealership in ****************. They ordered some parts and claimed they fixed the car, which cost me another $925.Well the clutch/transmission messed up again and had to be towed back to ************** dealership where my car remains because they cant figure out the problem.You put your faith in dealerships and this is what happens. Tynans blew me off and thousands of dollars wasted.So disappointed!!***********************

      If I had been a man or person of a different race, I wouldnt have been ripped off by both dealerships claiming I need all these parts for this car.

      I called in early Sept of this yr and was given a day of Oct 13th at 9:15 a.m. to bring my VW Beetle in for service. I was then told that my Beetle would not be looked at until the following week as I was 10th in line. I was given a day and time for my Beetle to be serviced and then was told no, that vehicles are not serviced until the next week and that unfortunately the service scheduler failed to tell me this. After a week, I called as I had not heard anything and I was told that I needed a battery and a fuse box but they had to order the fuse box and it would take a few days to get in. I was quoted a price and agreed to the price but asked what was going on with the swing rod for my rag top and was told that my car was torn apart but tech had not diagnosed it yet. I called on Oct 28th to ask about my vehicle and was told they had ordered the swing rod and quoted $200 for the part; but didn't know the cost of labor and that they had to order the part and that it may be in next week. It's been 16 days and I keep getting told no diagnostic still and that I might get my car next week but they're not sure and they don't know the cost. I need help getting my car back and getting answers as to a price and when I can get my vehicle. I'm a 57 yr old women and feel that I'm being taken advantage of at this point as I have never experienced having my car in a shop to be fixed for almost 3 week or more waiting on parts and diagnostics. When I told the service manager this, his response was mam, I've had my car at a repair shop for a month so this is typical. I told them to put the battery in and fuse box and I would come pick up my car, but was told the entire side of my car was pulled off and sitting in the garage and they needed time to put it back together again. This has been the worse experience in my life, I've never had a vehicle take this long to repair.
