Donâ€™t buy a used car anywhere else! We bought a used car from Pollard Motors and the entire experience was PHENOMENAL! From the beginning to end they were amazing to deal with. Furthermore, we cannot say enough good things about *** in their sales department. He was honest, nice, not sleazy or pushy at all, and was more than patient with us as we test drove it for literally hours on end. He put up with our incessant nit-picking about every little detail, from having small scratches touched up to having the AC topped off with Freon. *** seriously went above and beyond, he answered calls with questions on the weekends, in the evenings and after all he had to put up with, he STILL gave us an amazing deal on the car, I think we may invite him to thanksgiving dinner. Lastly, about a week after we purchased the car, it had a small issue with the cooling system. We contacted *** in the evening, he got us into the shop the very next morning and they covered the cost of the entire repair and were nothing but wonderful through the whole thing. We would not hesitate to buy another car from Pollard Motors and will be coming back for regular service as their service guys are second only to ***â€™s amazingness.
