Complaint: Has been serviced twice now and problem still not fixed. Made appointment for 3rd try which was not honored. Asked to speak to manager, but refused. Brought car in for broken headlight. Wire harness was replaced for 900. 2 days later light was out again. Brought it back and they again repaved the wire harness. 1 week late is our again plus now back taillight and blinker. Made an appointment for service but when we brought it in they said they couldn't look at out for 2 weeks. Have REPEATEDLY attempted to contact both service manager and dealership manager and neither will return out casks. Unbelievably rude customer service. Would take it somewhere else but we've already paid for a problem that is not fixed.

Desired Settlement: We want a full refund for the wire harness so that we can be free to take it to a dealership that appreciates their costumers and values their time and money.

Business Response: Initial Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2014/11/20) */ I apologize for the late response. The complaint was mailed to us instead of emailed and was sent to the attention of an employee that last worked here approximately 10 years ago. The complaint also listed our dealership name as "Lithia" which is incorrect as well as of 1/21/2009. I have spoken to my service manager regarding the issues listed in the complaint. He has been in contact with the customer to resolve their issues. As of the 19th of November, all issues have been resolved except a failing part referred to as a TIPM. We are currently working with Chrysler to replace the TIPM at no cost to the customer. Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (2000, 10, 2014/11/25) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) Although we will accept this response we ar still completely dissatisfied with the customer service your dealership had provided. You have been ride and extremely inattentive to our issue forcing my husband to drive apps wroth no headlight for an extended period of time. Chrysler should have been contacted the 3rd time we brought it in. .. Not the fourth. This had been an extreme headache and we will never do business with you again and will recommend anyone we know to do the samr
