    Purchased new 2022 Nissan Sentra from ******************* Nissan in Feb 2022;Currently approximately ****** miles;Never any accidents or impact;Car stored in home garage, maintained/serviced, and in excellent condition;On June 25th in the parking lot of a local park while turning into a parking space we heard a loud thump sound from the bottom/front of the car, the front passenger tie rod cracked and was no longer connected to the steering column;130,************* Nissan Sentra's were recalled for tie rod issues;At least 4 2022 Nissan Sentra cars have had reported tie rod issues resulting in accidents/injuries;I asked the dealership for a loaner car, full car inspection and then we would discuss any possible resolution;Nissan has refused my request and also said that I must pay for any repairs and they are not covered by the warranty;I have spoken with Boulder Nissan, closest dealership where the car was stowed, and also corp Nissan as well, they were both unreasonable and disrespectful;I have pictures of the car before it was towed, taken by the tow truck driver indicating the excellent condition;Nissan has knowingly put my family in danger with a catastrophic defect;I do no trust the safety of the car and want Nissan to buy the car back from me at my full purchase price;I also suggest that Nissan disclose to 2022 Nissan owners that the previous tie rod issue has not been fixed an Nissan needs to resolve this with these owners.

    BUYER BEWARE:I was looking for a 2022 Pathfinder and unfortunately this was the only dealership that had the color and trim I wanted on the way. I put a deposit and traded a brand-new car that I did not like for a 2020 Pathfinder while I waited for the '22 to arrive.The 2020 Pathfinder had issues from the get-go as their service department does a crappy job at inspecting the vehicles, but since the sales manager that sold it to me told me he would buy it back for the price that he sold it to me once the 22 came, I did not say much other than just get fixed whatever was still under warranty at a different dealership.Once the new car came in, they decided to go back on their word and when I told them I would just not get the new car they wanted to keep the deposit on it. To add insult to injury, their "no haggle" pricing also means they will not negotiate with any lenders to get a better rate, which is what most dealerships do. I ended up getting the 22 in order not to lose my deposit and because I had waited for that car for a while but I got it with a higher rate than I would have had I bought it at a Nissan dealership where their finance managers actually take the time to help their customers and negotiate rates. I know they did not even try to negotiate with Nissan because I ended up talking to Nissan Finance directly. I also ended up keeping the 20 Pathfinder since they were trying to give me $4k less than what they purchased it for and would not offer anything more, even when I asked for $1k more, they refused.I refinanced the 20 Pathfinder getting a way lower interest rate with a different lender and canceled the *** insurance that I had bought through Boulder Nissan's finance department. This was done back in July 2022. I was told to wait three months to get the refund back, well four months have passed and after calling the bank and the insurance company, it appears that Boulder Nissan got my refund and is refusing to give it to me.
