Let me start by warning others, do not do business here. We have been lied too, cheated and now stole from. First off, we were sold metal fender flairs for my wifes *********************. When we went to pick it up we were very alarmed they were plastic NOT metal. Then he wanted to sell us aftermarket wheel well inserts. So we scheduled another time to have the jeep dropped off and left with them while they did the install on the wheel well inserts. After picking it up the following week we were alarmed once again because only the front two were completed and was told to pay for the rest of the job without the other two installed and he blamed Rough Country for the delay on parts. At this point we were starting to get concerned after my wifes blinkers were now non functional and the fact we had so many issues and the job wasnt completed yet & we had already paid in full. So we come back a 3rd time to find that only one of the rear wheel well inserts had been done and it was completely done wrong. I asked him about it and he said no thats normal but we knew at this point we were getting screwed so we took it to Four Wheel Parts in Westminster to have them look over everything. We were quickly shown what it should have looked like and explained all the issues we had to our amazement they said this type of work from Extreme Audio is commonplace. I reached out to the owner ***** to tell him what we had found and wanted all of the equipment removed and refunded he went silent. I asked for communication only through email or text message so I could keep everything well documented. The job is incomplete and we are owed money. I asked for a time that I could drop the jeep off to have everything taken off and he stopped responding. I will now let the world know what kind of a shister he is and what kind of shady business practice he is operating. I will file complaints not only with ****** Reviews but the BBB, FTC and the ******** *************************
