            My EV Bolt was taken to CC on Monday 9/13/21 for repair of minor $1400 damage caused by a reckless driver in a parking lot. Since 9/13 CC has violated just about every provision of the Colorado Motor Vehicle Repairs Act, 42-9-101 et. seq. with regard to my car. Front desk (manager?) named ***** at CC had set the 9/13 date and promised completion of repair by Friday 9/17/21. The repair was a cosmetic only scratch-dent on one rear door. On 9/17 I called to get a pickup time and ***** claimed she was waiting for my insurer to approve a $250 supplement. When she learned I had email from the insurer showing that 3 days prior it already had approved and paid her that $250, ***** then claimed the car was "in paint department" (this shop is only one large room) and would be ready Monday/Tuesday (9/20-21). On 9/20 a call to ***** for pickup day/time resulted daily (it is now 9/24) in rudeness, more lies, implausible excuses and "like-it-or-lump-it" hang-**** CC site misrepresents itself.

            This company was a disaster to work with. I got an estimate in May from them to do some body work on my 2019 ****** 4Runner. I confirmed my appointment in May with ****** for the repairs to be done June 13th at 8am. I wrote the appointment in my calendar and even took the vehicle in for the manager to look at while I was near the area to see the damages before I brought it in for repair. I gave them pictures previous to this because I live 2.5 hours away.On June 13, the day of my scheduled appointment, I drove 2.5 hours from *******, where I live, picked up my rental car, then drove to Colorado Collision to drop off my 4Runner. I WAS NOT EVEN IN THEIR CALENDAR!!! The manager was on the phone for like 10 minutes before he finally acknowledged me, we had a few words and then I just left. He basically told me that the soonest he could get me in was the end of August with a "sorry"! All he knew to say was that I evidently didn't get in the schedule and that I should have known that I would get a text confirming my appointment a week in advance (like the dentist)! How was I to know that?!I don't know how they perform as far as body work goes because I never had a chance to use them. I see that before I will be submitting this review they are at only a 3.4. I will be adding to that low review. I wish they had been more professional and at least tried to act like they cared that I just went 5 hours out of my way to get there and back rather than the attitude "stinks to be you" which is basically how the manager made me feel. I will never go back there and I will never recommend this unprofessional company to any of my friends. I think these guys need to update their appointment system and get a more customer service friendly attitude. They could have at least done SOMETHING. If they would have at least covered my rental car for the day (I rented it for about an hour and paid for a full day), I would have felt a little better about the situation. No one, including ******
