On 1/29/24, I requested AAA to tow my vehicle to AutoNation Collision Center in Denver after an accident. After days of not receiving any correspondence, I drove to the center and met Juristic *******, my Collision Estimator. He was very knowledgeable and professional as he explained the process to me. A few weeks later, I called and left a voicemail requesting an update with no response. Once again, I drove to the center and he informed me there was a probability AAA would deem it a total loss.This probability became a reality and I signed a Total Loss Vehicle Authorization at AutoNation Collision Center on 2/16/24. I did not want to see my car in the tear-down condition, so I asked Juristic if he would bring my rosary beads and license plates to me. He agreed, but when he returned, he only had my rear license plate and cover. He asked if the front plate was damaged in the accident and I responded with an emphatic no. He told me he would follow up with the technicians and call me on 2/18/24. I never received any response from him.I left two voicemail messages and later called back and requested to speak with the center manager. I am remiss of his name, but he assured me he would look into this matter and return my call. I never heard from him either. On 2/28/24, I stopped in yet again. ******** advised me he had spoken with his boss and they were still looking for my missing plate. Shortly after I left, I sent him a text including the image I submitted to AAA with the front plate clearly visible. Once I reached home, I sent an email with the same image requesting acknowledgment that he received and read my email. I still have not heard back from anyone at AutoNation Collision.
