Customer Reviews Summary
|Sep. 10, 2014||After being reccomended to Centennial Leasing & Sales by a very trusted source, I could not be happier that I went with them instead of having to deal with yet another dealership. I dealt with both Curt and Ursla and both were extrememly friendly, they listened to what my intentions were, which was to trade in my 2008 GMC Sierra and get me into something with a lower monthly payment due to having excessive medical bills I needed to pay off from a series of unfortunate health issues that took me by surprise. I had an idea of what vehicle I wanted, and they explored the options with me, we discussed how much I was looking to pay, and all the important things to me with regards to a vehicle. After some work, they were able to locate a vehicle that was close enough to what I was wanting and I went ahead with the purchase. The were able to get me lined up with financing thru my local credit union without any issues (which offered the lowest rate when they checked) they took care of having the vehicle transported to their location and letting me take it for a test drive before the purchase, and while this was a brand new vehicle, they would have had no issues with me taking a used vehicle to a mechanic of my choice to have a pre-purchase inspection done. I never felt pressured, I felt like I was in control of the transaction, and this is the first time I have walked away from a vehicle purchase with a smile on my face and satisfaction in knowing all was well and not the "did I do the right thing?" gut feeling I always get when dealing with dealerships. They were also able to help me sell my truck and transfer what I still owed on it after the sale over to my new car (which wasn't very much at all thankfully) and now I have a car I like, and a payment I can afford. I without hesitation strongly encourage anyone out there who is thinking about purchasing a vehicle used or new to go thru Centennial Leasing. You will NOT be dissapointed. Thank you.|

|Apr. 28, 2015|| I heard great things about Centennial leasing & sales and I didn't have enough time to go from dealership to dealership to shop leases.
I ended up calling them for sales and they got me in touch with Mickey R*****, we set up a time to meet, I filled out all my information and credit app.
3 days later I get a call from Mickey telling me he got me an approval on a car I didn't know anything about and wasn't even interested in, from a bank he didn't "trust me" with the name of.
This bothered me that he could run my credit and get an approval without asking or telling me.
He was fine at first then he started getting very nasty and just plain rude! He use sentences like "don't waste my time" "make up your ***** mind" "I am doing you a favor" "don't worry about the numbers just the payment" "you need to quit lying to me" "don't be stupid" "your a lying sack of ****"
" I've dealt with people like you before" overall I was pretty shocked at the lack of professionalism and sheer rudeness of Mickey.
I narrowed to one make and model he never gave me the leasing company name, price of the car, money factor, or how many miles a year, he's refusing to give me the crucial information, but then wants me to commit to a monthly payment, this was extremely frustrating, as you can imagine.
Then he tells me he got me an approval for the lease.
Then it was wrong and it's going up by $15-20 a month, this was after he guaranteed me how accurate the numbers were.
I ended up calling a dealership that had the car I wanted. The manager gave me invoice price, how much I would pay under invoice, monthly payment based on my tier credit and taxes within 15 minutes on the phone. I filled out a credit app online and the manager called me in an hour with all the numbers, beat the broker by $35 a month I went in the dealership the car was cleaned and ready to go.
I got a call from Mickey R***** asking me to meet him, to finish the deal and pick up the car. I proceeded to tell him I am not buying from him. He proceeded to lose his mind, saying over and over I owe you, I owe you, I owe you, I know where you work, i know people you work with, i know your managers.
I have your credit app, address and you are done. I am going to destroy you and then hung up on me. I immediately called the police filed a report against him. When the officer called Centennial leasing they said he's an independent contractor. I wouldn't trust Centennial leasing especially if they don't keep a better eye on there employees, especially dealing with something as important as credit.
But don't whatever you do deal with this guy, he's unsafe and unstable.
The follow up with the General Manager Bob P**** and having him listen to the recordings of Mickey threatening me. resulted with me getting even more frustrated, he was more concerned with covering himself and the company, than actually caring about this issue, then he assures me that Mickey's behavior is not acceptable and be let go and my information will be safe, several hours later after our chat I get a call from Bob P**** asking me what it would take to keep from post a bad review, I found this very uncomfortable and dishonest.
Two days later I get a call from Mr P**** telling me Mickey R***** has been employed with them 8 years and they can't let him go because he's a good employee and hasn't really heard anything bad about him, but had lots of issues with other employees. I am getting calls from them at my place of work and i just don't feel safe!
Please stay away this from this place, avoid the sleepless nights and frustrations.|
